Butterfly Shrimp & Key West Style Sauce

1/2 cup Heinz® Original Cocktail Sauce
1 5.5 oz can coconut milk
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp fresh garlic chives, chopped
1 zest & juice from a lime
1 10.5 oz box Gorton’s® Butterfly Shrimp

In a medium bowl, mix together the first five ingredients, whisking until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until ready to serve. Cook shrimp according to package instructions. Serve hot with chilled sauce.

TIP: Sauce can be prepared a day ahead of time. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
